About this activity

FormerlyBlackbrook Zoological Park, Peak Wildlife Park is a great way to spend the day with the family meeting some amazing animals!

What's also unique about Peak Wildlife Park is that it's so different to a regular zoo, because the park really focuses on interactive experiences for all ages!

There are a number of opportunities to engage with the animals, including walkthrough exhibits, animal feeding sessions and keeper talks! These offer hands on encounters for children that they won't ever forget!

All of these experiences highlight the importance of conservation, which leads us to the fact that the entire Peak Wildlife Park is actually an amazing way for kids to learn and understand all about conservation!

The park works closely with organisations, and in fact the founders of the park took part in a global breeding program that would eventually lead to the first animals calling the park home!

Kids can walk with squirrels, as well as cheeky lemurs, and playful penguins, and even wallabies!

There is also an African Village that is really fun to explore.

So what are you waiting for kids? Are you ready to walk on the WILD side at Peak Wildlife Park? Let's go!
