this place looses a star simply because its too loud for you to talk to your family members and taking care of your kids the manager seem not to care when we talked to them about it. And the other star because food was horrible my 2 year old niece can not eat a bite of nothing!!!

We like it for the kids to run around when it's too hot outside. It's nothing amazing but it is fun for the little ones, I think they did a good job with the setup of it. Food and drinks are underwhelming, I wish they would maintain some of the attractions a bit better, but we've always had a good time there.

I would have put no star but it wasn't an option. I had a b day party there. First I had told them to expect 25 adults and 15 plus children. We were crammed in a little room. The hostess over charged us several items on some the food and beverage said there was no extra charges and there was. I reserved a basic party package which did not include party bags and ice cream. Hostess said they changed their party packages. So after I paid an extra 590 dollar tab after having left 100 down. I go to the manager to review my bill. Turns out the chicken...Read More

Not worth the prices, for $24.95 you could go to Wet n Wild or Western Playland, there's a ladder where the kids can jump off it onto a cushion ...it's $2.50 per jump..?...
you have to be kidding me, it should be included at least in the play area. Stay away if you want to save your money, and just go to the park, and buy 5 Little Ceazers pizzas for your kid...

Turns out the chicken platter she said came with fries didn't and she charged the fries and charged the platter twice. I also found out they had taken it a pon themselves to give me a platinum package (which is why they gave us bags and ice cream). Then the pitchers that were suppose to be free were charged extra. In all I over paid 200 something dollars. The manager Olivier would not do anything for me but give me a 25 dollar gift card. I was mortified that the whole time I was talking to him now he couldn't keep his eyes off my breasts. I told him I would never return so why would I want the card. He didn't care said well then that's fine for me to give it back to him. And he told me it was my fault I didn't notice the extra items we were getting (ice cream gift bags) I was like wow blame it on me. I said did notice and the hostess said they changed the party package so I didn't push it further. By the way the their party bags were a zip lock bag with chips and 2 or so candys. A 700 dollar b day party rip off.
