What is there to do?

We LOVE zoos, and El Paso Zoo is no different! El Paso Zoo is a family friendly and animal-tastic experience in Texas where there's so much animal fun to be had!

Have you ever looked a lion straight in the eyes? Have you ever managed to get the attention of a meerkat? At El Paso Zoo, you have creatures from all around the world to have experiences with. Kids - what's your favorite animal? It might just be there waiting for you!

El Paso Zoo really does have animals from all across the globe. There are those beautiful creatures from across the Americas - from the sea lions to the macaws - and even some animals you might not have heard of before, like the Ocelot and Capybara.

Asia is represented too, with the Asian elephant, Malaysian tiger and even the Tamir. You don't have to travel to Asia to get up close to these beautiful creatures!

Of course, what would a zoo be without making you feel like you are on safari on the plains of Africa? From the Kudu to the Zebra - get out and experience them all!

El Paso Zoo loves you to not only have fun, but to learn about the animals. There is information on all the animals that you will encounter, as well as enrichment programs and training sessions. There are also some super fun activities for kids, like the treehouse playground, and the water spray area which is perfect for those hot summer days!

Don't forget the train ride!

El Paso Zoo is a fun family experience - make sure you allow the whole day - there is a lot to see!
