What is there to do?

It's time to discover aviation history at the War Eagles Air Museum in New Mexico, which is dedicated to collecting, restoring and displaying a number of incredible historic aircraft of the World War II and the Korean Conflict eras.

This unique Museum also pays special tribute to military aviation, and reminds all those visit of the significant role these airplanes, their pilots and support crews played in securing the freedom of the nation.

To demonstrate the sights and sounds of these high-powered machines, most of this magnificent collection is maintained in flying condition, which is pretty special! When you see them, just imagine them out in combat, and the stories they must be able to tell.

These aircraft also provide enjoyment while in actual flight!

Other exhibits really take you back through history, like the Vintage Gas Pumps from the early 1900s to the 70s, and there's inspiration within exhibits such as the Salute to Women in Aviation.

You can even see other military equipment on display, including vehicles and trucks!

The War Eagles Air Museum also features various educational programs, exhibits and special events that help preserve the heritage of the aviation history.

A fascinating day out that not only looks at the history of aviation, but also the heritage of aviation with the USA!
