Beautiful zoo. Not the biggest zoo I've been to, but it was worth it. The statues and the old oaks around the zoo were amazing. Decent amount of exhibits. Avoid the spring months as you will run into hundreds of kids, teens, and college students on field trips/spring break.

I took my niece there a couple of weeks ago we had fun. The zoo is a safe and relaxing environment that a family can spend time bonding. Hoa, my niece, wanted to spend most of the time at the Swamp exhibit. Our favorite part of the zoo was the alligators and turtles.

HUGE! One of the best zoo's I have seen. The animals are all in environments that represent their natural habitat. The animals also look happy and healthy unlike some zoos I've been to. You can tell they receive lots of love and care. Great for the whole family but pricey if you don't have a membership. Even if you do have a membership the gift shop, rides, food and drinks are a bit over priced.
