Kids - have you ever flown a jet plane, or sailed on a ship? No? Well - now is your chance!
Exploration Station is all about giving kids hands-on experiences that will teach them as they play. Each of the activities at the museum are designed to enhance kids creativity, motor skills, coordination and development. Let's not forget giving them a great time too!
Kids of all ages are welcome at the museum, but the majority of the exhibits were designed for kids between 2 years and 8 years.
For those little ones, there is a separate toddler area, where they can play with age-appropriate activities, and friends their own age. They have thought of everything!
One of the great things about Exploration Station, is they teach children that there is no such thing as doing something "wrong". Let them gravitate towards the exhibit that interest them, and here they will learn problem solving, conflict resolution, and even career role play!
Kids can spend their time driving tractors, or working in a soda shop. They can even climb into the tower of a medieval castle with secret tunnels and a dungeon hide out!
The Illumination room is fun with lights, with a light writing wall, and Up Up and Away let's them actually create their own aircraft from foam pieces, and see how well the design took!
From cars, invention centers, and even STEM learning - it's all at the Exploration Station!
