What is there to do?

Morton Arboretum is an open air facility offering huge live plant exhibits from around the world, ideal for family exploration as it offers pushchairs friendly paths throughout.

There are 6 tree-house structures in which one may find storytellers, plus the Children's Garden is a lush little wonderland filled with secret streams, colossal acorns, and giant tree roots to interact with.

Their 16 miles of manicured trails and nine miles of paved roads offer, seasonally, hiking and biking or skiing and snowshoeing.

If lucky one may also catch the Acorn Express open air tram.
