Wells Cathedral is set in the medieval heart of England's smallest city and was the earliest Cathedral to be built in the Gothic style. You can take part in a guided tour, or visit on one of their events!
Included in your entry is a guided tour. They last around one hour and they provide an overview of the highlights which shows why the cathedral is so unique. You'll find out lots of interesting facts and they usually happen on the hour, just gather by their Tour sign in the cathedral!

The cathedral holds many concerts and performances throughout the year, as well as visiting exhibitions to make your trip extra special! Just check the website before you visit to see whats on.
You'll also find a cathedral gift shop, with plenty of locally made items to take home with you. If you fancy a bite to eat or a refreshing drink, the the cafe boats spectacular views of the West Front of the cathedral.
Wells is easily reached by both car and public transport. Situated approximately 20 miles from Bath, Bristol and Bristol International Airport, it is the perfect location from which to explore the beautiful county of Somerset.
