Rural Life Centre tells the story of the countryside with a collection of historic buildings for visitors to explore and a large collection of objects from everyday life. You'll be taken on a journey of discovery for the whole family.
The site is over ten acres and there are over thirty buildings and around 40,000 artefacts. You'll visit Frimley Green Cycle Workshop, Pavilion, Schoolroom, Chapel and many more! All have a unique story and lots to learn and discover.
The museum also has a range of events across the year including their village fete and steam at work and Weyfest. The volunteers even give demonstrations and work the machinery and bring to life the characters through some live interpretations throughout the year.
There's also a railway which operates diesel and steam locomotive passenger rides too, so make sure you climb on board!
There's also plenty of open space, picnic areas and a cafe serving hot and cold food!
3 miles south of Farnham, just off the A287, midway between Frensham and Tilford villages.
