Visitors can enjoy seeing the parrots, flamingos, penguins, and owls, as well as watching the daily shows and events at the main entrance. Twice a day there is a special penguin feeding that can’t be missed. 

From the Jenny Wren Children’s Farm to the daily shows and events, there’s plenty for them to do. For those wanting to get closer to nature, why not consider a nature walk? There’s a downloadable printable directions .pdf file from the Bentley train station with space for children to jot down any wildlife they have seen en route.

Established in 2008, the Birdworld Conservation Fund has raised over £90,000 for conservation projects in the UK and overseas.

Milk warming facility.

The park also has a large restaurant with a 5/5 hygiene rating, serving a wide range of food from snacks and cakes to full hot meals. Parrot Point is an outdoor kiosk that offers a range of ‘take out’ options including hot dogs, jacket potatoes, and chips, as well as ice creams and hot and cold drinks.

As mainly outdoors, bring jackets or waterproofs if raining. Buggy friendly.

Souvenirs are available at the gift shop including soft toys, children's clothing, china, books and crafts.
