Knockhill Racing Circuit

Knockhill Racing Circuit is Scotland's national motorsport centre, with plenty of experiences, events and trackdays for the whole family to enjoy. Whether you want to take part in an individual track session of family karting sessions it's a fun experience for everyone to enjoy. 

The family karting sessions allow the whole family to take park from the ages of eight and over. You'll have mixed karts out on the track which allow for a little friendly competiton and lots of fun! You can choose from a 20 minute session or 30 minute session. 

For the kids session, you'll be kitted out in full race suits, gloves and more for your safety and the juniour karts are capable of speeds up to 25mph!

They also offer a karting club too which allow you to learn new skills, gain experience and compete with your friends too. You'll be guided by karting professions and have printed lap times to take home with you to improve on your skills. 

The track itself is 500m long by 9 metres wide and is full floodlit! There are straights, twists and turns and you'll be able to track your progress. 

Got a special birthday?

The centre also offers kids karting parties from the ages of eight and over. 

You'll be taken onto the circuit and be kitted out in the gear and have a go on the tracks. Each participant will get a medal and trophy for the birthday boy or girl! It'll be a birthday you won't forget!
