Great laser-tag games that are fun for the whole family. We came out on a Friday and there were games we could join with other people that we didn't have to wait an hour for. The employees were so friendly and explained the laser tag and laser maze thing very clearly and in depth. I did have trouble at first with the laser guns but I was able to find the attendant very quickly and he helped me realize that I wasn't using the two triggers correctly. He offered to switch my vest but I decided not to since it was my error. When I got back into the...Read More

My son turned 8 today and all he wanted to do was play Laser tag. So we decided to go to Laser Web in Centerville. We played two games and the first was great because it was early and it was only the 6 of us in the arena. The second game was horrible. There were 8 people on our team and about 15 teenagers on the other team (who had just finished their first game while we patiently waited for out next game). I asked if there was a maximum number of players and it was 30!!! Wow I can't believe they would let 30 play at the same time in that arena....Read More

We had a corporate event for my company at Laser Web in November and we couldn't have been happier! The staff was absolutely amazing! We are already planning another outing there for the upcoming quarter! We not only had tons of fun but we also had team building exercises within the laser tag missions themselves! Wonderful experience for all, we would recommend Laser Web to anyone looking for a fun environment at an affordable price!

He offered to switch my vest but I decided not to since it was my error. When I got back into the game, I had no other problems. It was probably the best laser game experience I have had in a while and I have been to quite a few in the Dayton and Cincinnati area.
They could definitely use to update the arcade games there, it seemed like the only good ones were crowded and the other ones that no one were using were old or unappealing. The shopping center that this place is located in looked old and had many vacant buildings which is probably what makes this such a "hole in the wall" place that not a lot of people know about.
Overall a good place with a great staff, just needs a new makeover and some new arcade games to make it the perfect place.

The guys working there did not divide the teams up evenly and it was NO FUN. My son's vest ran out of power twice and had to be replaced which took up a lot of our playing time. The staff seemed like they did not care about our experience even though we told them it was our first time. We will not be going back there again.
