Visitors of all ages are welcome at the Taft Museum of Art!
The Taft Museum of Art has an amazing art collection in an historic building with beautiful gardens surrounding it. It’s a wonderful place to step back in time and explore history while having fun Pick up a free, kid-friendly, self-guided tour for the historic house galleries. Use the special exhibition “Closer Look” labels and guide to spark conversation and develop critical thinking skills.
Also offer fun programs including, 3rd Sunday Funday, Family Art Adventures, and Taft Jr for 3-5 year olds.
Adults $10 in advance, $12 on the door.
Seniors receive a discount. Military are free.
Kids under 18 are free.
Parents with infants may use single strollers, lightweight umbrella strollers, or soft-front carriers.
Our full-service Café is open during Museum hours. View the menu and make reservations at taftmuseum.org/dine. Reservations are strongly recommended. Members enjoy a 10% discount. Seasonal outdoor seating is available.

At the Taft Museum of Art, our art experiences promote critical thinking, creativity, and visual literacy skills. Students look closely at art, connect concepts to visual evidence, and analyze results. We aim to foster the development of the four Cs of 21st century learning: critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity.
Books, prints, stationery, apparel, jewelry, Cincinnati and Taft mementos, and more can be purchased. Pick up illustrated catalogues that accompany the special exhibitions and books that showcase the Taft’s permanent collection. The Shop also has sections with gifts for men and children.
The Museum is fully accessible to visitors with mobility impairment. Accessible elevator, restrooms, parking, wheelchairs, and ramps are available
