    My fifth stay here. Standard has dropped tremendously. Reception were super friendly last time and gave us free room upgrade when they saw our family of 4. Now they don’t even smile. Everything is $$.Used to love their breakfast on the 78th floor. No much variety now compared to last time. Service standard drop as well. Last time they were fast to clear the tables. Now we have to pile our plates till we are done eating. Someone used to serve coffee at the table and they were good. Now they use coffee machines, not to mention the coffee is really bad.Bath tub was leaking and the whole bath room floor is always wet. Didn’t bother to change room.

    me and my friends in the church have dinner last Sunday.. I was so excited because my first time to go there..the place is really cool it was in 78th floor.. every one is really excited, the food looks really great and delicious…so every one go home happy and in full stomach… next day morning it turn out to horrible one of my friend call me that his wife was send to hospital because she was vomiting and having diarrhea.and another of friend called me also same scenario.. after an hour i feel have to go to the bathroom and guest what i have diarrhea i go to toilet 7 times so i was alarm i called my friend we go to hospital for check up and doctor said the food has a bacteria…this really really awful.. how can i 5 star hotel don’t have standard and sanitation or cleanliness on the food that they serve to there guest..

    terrible….disgusting….that i have ever seen……i was stay at bayoke suite hotel then starting they said can entitled 40% discount for the seafood buffet at bayoke suite ,but after that they rec to take bayoke sky hotel buffet as that is (international buffet) , so tot 720thb instead of 1000 plus thb so worth it…….but those food not so so….n the sushi decoration all was messy … then they ask us to take photo,we said dun want,then they said just take..cz tat is free,so we just tot jz simply take it…..but in the end they ask us to pay 300thb , this is one cheating…. n the 2nd thgs is they said the buffet is worth 1000 plus thb but even a plain water , sunkist drinks also excluded….in the end even u drink a plain water also need pay a bill with a 17% charge..this is their technique to get more and more money from foreigners……. we as foreigner come here for a trip not because of we are stupid and happy with this kind of technique served …. and in the end pay+top up+extra pay and extra pay and bla bla bla………!!?! and also the room rate is 2200thb smthg per night….no breakfast..no wifi at lobby,n room just for 1 person can use , but the room rate we paid for 3 person…….so bad impression for this bayoke group hotel……!!?! the hotel 93 much much better than this , their service , enviroment , no hidden charge..and provide free breakfast.. even their company is smaller…..

    The good: Great view of Bankok skyline. Eat outside at 81th floor. Located next to airport rail link. The bad: Smelly and sticky carpet in my room on 67th floor – yuk!

    It was the worst stay EVER in my life. Disgusting, disgusting & disgusting. The LOBBY is on the 18th floor with the entrance being crowded and suffocated of buses and cars. The ROOM was dirty with carpet stains and smell. Also the walls were so thin we could hear the next room’s TV and loud conversations among house keepers. During our stay, the HOUSE KEEPERS only provided one towel between two people and it took 40 minutes to get an extra towel as the INTERNAL LINES in the hotel did not pick up their phones including room service, house keeping & front desk. When they did pick up, the classic responses were “I don’t know”. Adding onto the bad room service, when checking out, the STAFF at the front desk claimed we had consumed items in the mini bar which wasn’t true and stated that we pay for it. This was communicated incredibly RUDE with so much shock and disappointment let alone the false claim. Also when getting around, HOTEL SECURITIES did not bother to help with difficult communication with taxi drivers. They walked away. Taxis at the entrance did not have meters on and refused to turn it on. The LOCATION is central in terms of shopping malls and departments but nowhere near sight seeing places. And the SHUTTLE BUS can only occupy MAXIMUM 10 people [one on the floor] at once for a hotel that has 658 rooms. I’ve probably had a combination of ALL of possible the WORST experience from several different hotels at this particular one. Will never return, not even near.
