What is there to do?

It's snow time at Liberty Mountain Snowflex Center

Feel the snow scrape under your boards, the wind in your face, and that adrenaline rush as you make your way down the slopes!

The center are fully set up for kids of any age, and families of any experience level.

For those who have never hit the slopes before, they want to ensure they give you the best experience possible!  Head straight for the Ticketing Office and get that warm welcome, as well as all the information you might need to get you up on your feet in no time!

They offer skiing, snowboarding, and now tubing!  Tubing is perfect for those kids over 5 years old, particularly those who want to feel a little bit of speed in their step but have not yet developed the dexterity.  A nice safe swooooosh down to the bottom - maybe you can try and beat mom and dad!

The snow at Snowflex is different to actual snow, so even the most skilled riders have to adapt to the surface before they move onto the intermediate and advanced slopes.

They also offer fun camps, including overnight camps where they focus on your progression, as well as day camps which are summer camps specifically for elementary-aged kids who have never learnt before, or want to improve on their basic skills.  And what's cool, is when it gets too hot, you go swimming!

They also offer lessons if you want to brush up on some skills or advance your techniques a little more.

Let it snow...let it snow...let it snow....!

How much does it cost?

Adults: $5 per hour Mon - Thurs / $7 per hour Fri - Sun (Tubing is $10 and $12 respectively)

Any top tips?

Make sure you wear the proper attire, which includes long-sleeve shirts, pants and gloves. Windbreaker material is recommended, or you can wear a short sleeve t-shirt and shorts if you have elbow and knee pads on while riding.
Expect clothing to become damp due to the slope’s misting system.
