It's theme park time! No, it should be water park time....wait!

What if there was a place that was a theme park AND a water park!? Welcome to Carowinds!

Carowinds is a HUGE water and theme park in one, located in Charlotte. There are over 100 incredible state of the art rides, shows and movie-themed experiences for ALL ages!

There is a great range of amusements too that a few age groups can enjoy, so the whole family can get stuck in.

For over 40 years, Carowinds has been giving families an amazing family day out, so you know you're in good hands! Which is great to hear...because there are thrill rides and you will need to be brave for them!

How about Fury 325, where you are taken up 325 feet at up to 95 miles per hour. Pretty amazing (and scary!) If that doesn't intimidate you...maybe the Intimidator will! Hold your stomach as you make your way down a 211 foot drop, at speeds of up to 75mph. One of the tallest and fastest coasters in the entire SW!

The Afterburn will suspend you, the Cobra will twist you and the Nighthawk will have you flying face down! Scary stuff - be brave!

Of course, Carowinds has a great number of family and kiddie rides too, so no-one misses out! Planet Snoopy is perfect for all those little ones with carousels, Charlie Browns workshop swings and hot air balloon races. 

Don't forget to make a SPLASH at Boomerang Bay, with twisters, waves, and slides! An amazing day!
