The Regent's Park is one of the Royal Parks offering large open spaces for outdoor exploration and family games. There are tree-lined paths, gardens, children's playgrounds and lots of sports facilities too!
In total, there are four playgrounds! Gloucester Gate playground has been around since the 1930s and it's an accessible and modern space made from natural materials such as wood rope and bark. There's a zip wire, climbing equipment, water play and swings, slides and sandpits!
Hanover Gate Playground is located to the west of the park and has all of the traditional playground equipment and a tree house for the older and more adventurous kids too.
Marylebone Gree Playground is filled with climbing frames and sandpits in themed zoned and Primrose Hill Playgrounf is the newest of them all, so there's lots to explore!
You'll also find elegant flowerbeds, thousands of roses and lots of wildlife! In total the space covers 395 acres!
You can also hire a rowing boat and explore the park on the water and join the ducks on the boating lake. Whilst you're here, you can also visit the open air theatre, London Zoo and get a view of London skyline up Primrose Hill.
The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill are highly accessible by public transport. There are also car parking facilities available but we recommend that visitors avoid coming by car as there are limited places.
