The railway is renowned for its breathtaking scenery, which provides a unique and unforgettable experience for visitors.

The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway is located in the picturesque village of Ravenglass, which is just a short distance from the coast. One of the most significant attractions of the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway is the steam locomotives, which are used to pull the carriages along the track. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes, and passengers can get off and explore the local area at several stops along the way.
