Barbarafield Riding School offer a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. So whether you've done horse riding before, or simply want to learn something new, they offer a safe environment with experienced staff that will make you into a confident rider! 

The farm is located just 15 minutes from St Andrews and they offer anything from 20 minute riding sessions, experienced hacks or kids half day and full day pony experiences during the holidays. 

The hacks are very popular as no matter what you experience is they can cater for you! You'll ride through 300 acres of farmland owned by the Berwick family and you can be split into smaller groups so beginners can have the chance to take a short cut for a walk and a trot to catch up too. 

They also hold fun days for children with lessons and games too! It's a great day out for the children who want to learn something new too. 

All instruction lessons are given by qualified instructors ans for the little ones they have 20 minute introductions which will help them to build their confidence. Once trotting is mastered, they'll then move on to the hour hacks through the scenic countryside. 

The centre is based on a working farm and animals can be seen all year round! They go out in all weathers, so make sure to dress appropriately for the weather!
