East Sands Leisure Centre has a whole range of activities for kids and adults to get involved in! From swimming to dance, gymnastics, football and so much more, there's a huge timetable of activities to choose from. 

If the children are in need of some swimming lessons, then the leisure centre will encourage your child to learn to swim. All of their swimming lessons following the Scottish Swimming's National Framework and there are there programmes to choose from, early years, learn to swim and adult lessons too. 

Got a special birthday? Then why not have a swimming party! It's fun for the birthday child and their friends and they'll get floats of all shapes and sizes, just bring your own armbands! 

At the centre there's also pool disco fun sessions with music and lights that provide a great experience. 

As well as this, there are triathlon and sports clubs for children to try new things, build confidence or improve on existing skills too. Check out their timetable to see what's coming up! 

They also have holiday camps too which are lef by motivated and skilled staff to ensure the children have a great experience! They'll be able to take part in sports, games and activities and make new friends too.
