We collect rainwater to flush our toilets. Underneath the car park is a 280m3 holding tank and soakaways for water to filter through our chalk strata naturally.

Our decking and bridges may look like wood, but they are made from recycled car tyres! We get our cedar shingles and oak panelling from a renewable source.

We use solar panels to generate solar electricity.

We use local suppliers in our Quarry Cafe to reduce our carbon footprint.
