About this activity

Yanchep National Park can be found in close proximity to Perth yet feels like miles away from the hustle and bustle of city life!

It's at this beautiful national park that the whole family can explore a host of incredible wildlife, even deep dive into caves, take on adventures in the trees, walk bush trails, maybe enjoy some camping and so much more!

There are so many things to enjoy at Yanchep National Park. Relax and have a picnic as you try and spot the western grey kangaroos and various birds all around you, or take a stroll through the koala boardwalk where kids can learn about this native Aussie icon.

Look around – how many koalas do you think will you see?

Grab those walking shoes and take to one of the many trails which highlight the amazing biodiversity of the northern Swan Coastal Plain.

You might even want to explore below the surfact with Crystal or Yonderup Cave, where a guided tour can let you in on all of the earth's secrets!

If the family is feeling a bit more adventurous why not take your turn flying through the trees (safely, of course) at Trees Adventure?

A wonderful day out in nature for the family!
