Sit back, relax, have a bit of a paddle, and enjoy the scenic views of not only New Jersey but also Pennsylvania as you float on your merry way.
The tours at Twin Rivers Tubing are about 2 hours in length for the tubing (about 2 miles), and about 3 miles for the other activities. These are about 7 miles in length, but don't worry - there are plenty of beaches to stop at and relax on during your float. Just take your time - enjoy the day!
You can take a pack lunch, and enjoy it on one of the many empty beaches you'll pass - so you'll really get a private family experience if you want to. On Sundays, Twin Rivers Tubing even has live music where you can relax and take in the atmosphere before or after your ride.
The majority of the rides are self-guided. The lovely staff at Twin Rivers Tubing will drive you up to your starting point, and you make your way back down to where there is more food and fun waiting for you. There are guides available in advance if you feel like you need them, but with tandem kayaks and family friendly canoes - you can just make it a family experience if you want.
The rafts can accommodate up to 6 people, so it really IS a family experience! With paddles, whistles and life jackets included, you can have a great time working together as a family as you take in the amazing views, as well as keeping everyone healthy.
Water sports are a great way for kids to keep active and get out into nature - just breathe that fresh air in - it's amazing!
