The Museum is located in the heart of Opelika's Historic district on the corner of Ave A & S. 9th at 121 South 9th Street,adjacent to the Lee County Courthouse square.

Where are we going today?

The museum is undergoing major renovations. The main hall is finished and open Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm and Saturday 2pm-4pm, closed Sunday & Monday. Admission is free. Featured exhibits Camp Opelika a WWII POW camp, The John Herbert Orr exhibit and the history of magnetic tape in the U.S.
