The Wild Animal Safari in Pine Mountain, Georgia is both a Drive-Thru Safari and Walkabout Adventure Zoo. The park is open at 10AM 363 days a year (closed Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day). Closing time is 5PM in the winter months and from 6-7:30pm during Spring Break and in the Summer months. There are over 400 animals in the Drive-Thru Safari and Walkabout Adventure Zoo. Guests may drive their own vehicle, ride on the complimentary Safari Bus, or rent a Safari Van to go through the Drive-Thru Safari. In the Drive-Thru Safari, get up close and feed Giraffes, Zebras, Bison, Elk, multiple species of deer, Water Buffalo, Pigs, Goats, Camels and much more. In the Walkabout Adventure Zoo, you can see Lions, Tigers, Bears, Kangaroos, Lemurs, Spider Monkeys, Aligators, Singing Dogs, Sloths and different species of birds and reptiles.

The Wild Animal Safari in Pine Mountain, Georgia can host large groups, schools, summer camps and birthday parties. The park has daily semi-private Animal Encounters where you can touch and feed several species (at an extra charge).

The Wild Animal Safari has a full service restaurant serving pizza, hamburgers, grilled chicken, bullafo wings, fresh garden salads and several kids meals. The Gift Shop is stocked with unique toys, gifts and apparel for all age groups.
