Step back in time to the birth of our country by joining costumed historical interpreters in a village of living history. You will be able to witness significant events that led to the birth of the nation and explore recreations of historical sites, including the President's House.

Take I-65 South to Exit 234 (Shelby County Airport)
At the end of the exit ramp turn left onto Hwy. 87
(this turns into Hwy. 12)
Travel on Hwy. 12 (approximately 1.5 miles) to stop sign
Turn right on to Hwy. 22 - travel 2-3 miles to traffic light
Turn left on Hwy. 119 South (Ralph Sears Memorial)
Travel one mile - the gate to The American Village will be on the right
From the South
Take I-65 North to Exit 234 (Shelby County Airport)
