Visited here with my 8 year old daughter and her friend. They had a blast. We spent over 4 hours here! If you live close by and plan on attending again, the annual membership is worth the extra few bucks.

We threw a birthday party for our 3 year old and well here is our story ....I showed up at 2:15 because I was told by the party coordinator that I could start setting up at 2:30 when its time to check in also. I went to the right hand side of the lanes which is designated "party/ group" I waited as the cashier helped someone in front of me and then they began taking people from the regular admission line as I stood there waiting . no one acknowledge me until 2:30 when an associate came out of the doors and said can I help you ? I told her I was...Read More

Great place for kids and adults too. Who doesn't love the smell of a fresh crayon? Make your own label. There is hours of stuff to do and a fun gift shop as well

Love this place! Great place to take kids and even adults can have a blast and feel like a kid here. If you are a local just spring for the annual pass it is well worth it.

Over priced. We went as a family of 4, we spend $80 so the kids can basically color. Save your money, its not worth the $20 pp. The activities arent as fun as they say. The paint station had old sticks and runny paint. Kids can only make 2 crayons with the $20. Rip off, save your money.

I told her I was here to check in and she charged me and said to fill out guest list and that I could only take the tickets of those with me right then and there and that everyone would come to her and get the tickets as they showed up . she said the party room is upstairs that's it. We go upstairs after speaking to manager because 1 we couldn't find them (they are on the second floor all the way past all the activities) and 2. Because I wanted my stuff to decorate and it was still sitting downstairs in the bin when I had already said I needed it to decorate. The manger toon it up and when we finally walk it its at least 80 degrees in there and yes I'm not exaggerating the cakecakes we had made by Carlow bakery which totaled over 200 dollars began melting! The employee that was assigned to our party was great she was very sweet and when I asked her a out the heat she said sorry all day the party rooms have been this hot. I once again called for manager and she simply said " there's nothing I can do " I guess we could put your cakes in a fridge ? Like seriously are you going to put my guest in there too? It was u comfortable and no one wanted to stay in the room. The pizza cane out and the drinks the soda was flat so asked for lemonade instead and yes I was charged for switching the soda for lemonade. Which is ok money is not issue for us. The employee came in at 2:45 and said cake and presents ? Because you only have the took for 15 minutes so we forced our guest back in and opened the prsenta as fast as we could and cut he cake because once again it felt like a sauna . the mascot never came out for pictures, the birthday gift from crayola was never provided , and half of our guest came in with tokens that were not given to me or our birthday girl or the first half of guests. We had four guests waiting for 45 minuted downstairs for their ticket because the employee was helping people fill out season pass forms no one stopped to give them their tickets for our party and miss it. They came up as they were closing our party room and cleaning it. Super embarrassed about that still! The mangers solution at the end of all this disaster ? She gave me my deposit back ... That's it! Never ever will we even be back to just do the regular experience . it was horrible and it was all because of these employees and managers !!!! Our daughter birthday was ruined by them so yup the 300 plus we paid and the 2 1/2 hours we drove from jacksonville was not worth it at all. Your experience may not be the same....but I wouldn't wish ours on anyone.
