Had a good time there. Never been to any other ice skating places. Staff seemed friendly enough.

My daughter was doing ice skating school there when it first started. I accepted the fact that it was a new establishment and would take time to be organised. But did not accept the fact that the staff are as friendly as a dead fish. I still went as my daughter loves iceskating to find things not getting better but actually worse. When my daughter had her birthday party there they seemed actually annoyed that there where kids in the establishment. Not even one smile from any of the staff from day one. Like they are doing us a favour by being there...Read More

in the 26 years iv been skating on ice iv been on 8 rinks and found the ice here average. i came from nz where the staff and the regular skaters were all friendly and made you feel at home, i found the opposite here the staff are always looking miserable and unhelpful and its rare for the regulars to even say hi. if you going towards malaga id suggest extreme ice, the staff say hello and actually make an effort to talk to you and the layout of the rink is better as well as the ice itself.

I took my family here to find nobody was willing to help or even give us a warm welcome. The Ice was like skating back on the Pond when it froze over in the winter and was SHOCKING BAD !!! Staff was just not interested and to busy with their friends outside.... Overall i was Disgusted on how this was a Family place. If you want fun and to be treated well, i suggest going a few Kilometres down to Mirrabooka Avn where they know how to welcome your custom and family.

Like they are doing us a favour by being there especially the owner!!!
My daughter stopped ice skating as she felt uncomfortable saying the coaches made her feel like it was a chore to help her and never smiled, this is from an 8 year old.
Last week she said she missed skating (one year has passed) so i thought we would go back and give a go again to be yet again totally disappointed with the attitude and atmosphere!!! The owner is a grumpy old man who really should look at doing something other than being with people cause obviously he hates kids and people in general. I dont think they realise that we are paying customers and a smile and thankyou go a long way....... Going to try the Mirrabooka rink today!
