Your kids will love this place! The food is better for them than macas or kfc! I find with most places it often comes down to knowing what to order from the menu! And often who is working at the time- who serves you or prepares your meals! Go here in the spring when there are heaps of butterflies!

Lots of information everywhere, there is a guide to answer your questions and a interactive board. There is also a maze outside that was a challenge for young and old. I wouldn’t say there were 100’s of butterflies when we went, and the majority that were there were fluttering around the high ceiling at most I would have seen 10. The enclosure is quite smaller than I expected. For $18 adult and $9 child, I don’t think it was worth the cost. Little kids might appreciate it more, but even my 10yr old expected more We visited Solitary Islands Aquarium for just over half the cost, and it was a bigger and better experience.

I love this place. They have so many beautiful butterflies that will even land on your shoulder. I plan on returning next time I’m in that area. It is a must for people with kids or who love butterflies.

We have gone twice and each time we have had multiple encounters with the butterflies. We saw heaps of different varieties. The staff gave us information and talked to us about the lifespan and lifecycle. Cool wood turning. Fun for anyone of any age..
