We had a event for my son for his birthday. We rented an inflatable and it was delivered my a gentleman names Imen Free. He went above and beyond for the service and he even went further by checking in during the rental. He also gave us two free passes to Puzzles Fun Dome which I knew nothing about. Mr. Free told us it was well worth going to see. We took the chance on checking it out and must I say it was amazing. My kids had a blast and I even was able to get some sleep because they were so wore out from all the fun they had. Thank you Puzzles Fun Dome!!!:) I also plan on booking my kids party here. Thank you again!

I had my son’s birthday party at Puzzles Fun Dome on 8-10-13 and the kids had a blast. The party room had plenty of room and the hostess was WONDERFUL. Madison (the hostess) was so attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. The zipline was the best part for all the kids. Even some of the adults zipped along the line! There is so much to do and the kids never get tired of it. The party started at 4 and it was after 8 before most people left! My son attended the Puzzles Academy for 3 years and started Kindergarten this year. I can not say enough how much we both loved it there. We miss everyone but will be back for a fun night out! Thanks for making it a fun, clean place for the kids!

Was a bit disappointed. Online the play place looked huge, but extremely smaller than expected. My daughter had a blast. I just imagined it would be similar to the Tumble Bus Station that was in Clarksville, Indiana a few years back. I won’t be back, too far of a drive for such limited play.

Not pleased at all. My friend and I took our children ages 2.5 and 5 as well as their friends ages 7 and 5 to play around 11:15am. Shortly after they started playing a large group of teenagers (at least 16-17 year old) came in and all of them started playing in the bouncy houses and on the slides. My daughter refused to get on any of the equipment until they left because she was intimidated. I asked the girl at the front desk and she just said that it was a group. She gave no other explanation. I feel that the management should have been a little more considerate of the fact that families with small children would be less then thrilled than having a bunch of teenagers taking over all the equipment at the prime time before lunch. Probably my last trip there.

Visited with my five year old and seven year old today. The machines did not dispense the correct amount of tickets. However, the biggest disappointment is that my five year old has an open wound on her elbow from a rough material that was on steps/ladder she climbed up on one of the inflatables to go down the slide. She also has a 6 inch long scratch and skin burn on the back of her leg, going up her butt cheek that she got as she slid down another inflatable slide that had a big tear in it. Needless to say, we will NOT ever be returning to Puzzles Fun Dome. I stood at the concession stand for several minutes trying to buy a drink, while a woman with long blonde hair who appeared to be in charge in some way, ignored me. When I went to the bathrooms, it became apparent to me that the children attending daycare there use the bathrooms as the total strangers who have paid to come in with their own children. I was asked by an employee to please wait until the daycare children finished using the bathroom. While I waited to use the bathroom, I asked the young woman if the students are daycare students and she told me yes they are in fact daycare students. As an Elementary school teacher, I respect the lady not wanting me in the bathroom with her daycare children. However, maybe Puzzles should add public bathrooms, so that total strangers aren’t entering the daycare center and exposing the daycare children to a bunch of random strangers. I am shocked that licensing allows this inconvenient, inappropriate bathroom situation. Overall, not a good experience at all.
