Ice skating in summer? Surely not! But at Iceland Sports Complex in Kentucky...you can!

Iceland Sports Complex have a huge indoor ice rink for kids (and parents - don't be shy!) of all ages and levels to come and enjoy this fun sport.

There are public skating sessions where you just lace 'em up and get skating. It's great for beginners who just want to spend their time holding the edges and finding their feet on the ice, and it's great for those more experienced as you can skate towards the center and really practice your moves.

It's also a fun time to hang out with your friends and catch up on the latest news from school!

If you want to try something a little more challenging, Ice hockey and figure skating lessons for all ages are offered, as well as leagues to join if you really want to excel at it! So you can take your skills and really have them enhanced as you train under the best!

If you want to just have a quick game of ice hockey to just refresh your skills, then stop in for a pick up hockey game. They won't mind you just popping into the odd class to make sure your techniques are still up to scratch.

So no excuses!

If you think your friends will love it just as much as you do, and want to celebrate your big day there, they can organize your birthday party on the ice. It makes for a very fun experience!

Begin on I-71 / I-75 South
After crossing into Kentucky, take exit 173 to
transition to I-71 South at the 71/75 split
Stay on I-71 South for approximately 1.5 hours
Transition onto I-265/Gene Snyder South
Exit at 22/Brownsboro Road/Exit 34
Turn Right onto 22/Brownsboro Road
Turn Left onto 1747/Hurstbourne Parkway
Exit at146/LaGrange Road
Turn Right onto 146/LaGrange Road
Turn Left onto UPS Drive at the stop sign, cross the RR tracks
Iceland is on your left

I-65 SOUTH (as from Indianapolis, IN)
Begin on I-65 South
At the bridge over the river crossing into Louisville, get into the right lane
At the end of the bridge, take I-64 East toward Lexington
Continue on I-64 East through Louisville
Exit at Hurstbourne North/Exit 15
Turn Left onto Hurstbourne Parkway
Stay on Hurstbourne for approximately 4 miles
Turn Left onto second Ormsby Station Road
(across from McDonald's)
Turn Right onto UPS Drive
Iceland is on your Right before RR tracks
