Get up close with cool little creatures in the reptile and turtle tanks. Observe them in the natural environment - what are they doing? How are they interacting? You can even have a look at the tarantulas! If you are brave enough...as well as see a live ball python!
if you want to explore our incredible universe, head for the astronomy tent where you can look up and learn all about the night sky and it's stars, or understand the effects of gravity on crystal formations in space!
They also offer self guided field trips, or fun summer camps for grades 3 and up, as well as run super interesting planetarium and science shows as part of their outreach program.
Come and enjoy science - it can be fun!

The fourth Friday of every month is Family Night from 6 to 8pm! Each Family Night will include a different activity for all ages so is really great for the whole family. During the evening, staff and volunteers will be available to assist with the exhibits as well as the activity of the night.
If you want to take advantage of one of their field trips, make sure you call at least one week in advance because they can get quite booked up, and we don't want you missing out!
You can even hold your birthday part here! Up to 20 of your closest friends (with a small extra charge for any numbers over that) can enjoy unlimited exploration of the museum and a super fun party!
