If you are looking for family friendly camping fun in a beautiful part of Minnesota, then you might need to head to Lazy D Campground!

Located in the stunning Whitewater Valley, the campground can be found on one of the premiere trout streams. In fact, the stream runs THROUGH the campground!

During your stay, you can enjoy that classic camping experience with 122 sites, or you can check into their cabins, which will give you that home away from home feel. 

Want to hear something fun? Lazy D Campground have fun activities for the kids, but they also have an antique carriage museum - how cool is that! The other activities are perfect for those active kids who love to play, and get out into nature.

Kids can make a splash in their heated pool, or climb and crawl their way around the playground. Sporty kids will be able to spend time on the basketball courts, and playing tetherball, and there are horseshoes too.

If that wasn't enough, Lazy D Campground have a petting zoo! Pretty cool! Kids can also enjoy the wagon rides, and relaxing on the river trying their luck at trout. 

If that STILL wasn't enough, the family can enjoy time enjoying some river tubing, horseback trail rides, pedal carts, and canoeing - and if you still have time, the kids can enjoy some crafts.

Phew! With all those activities, you might not have enough time to actually camp!

Lazy D Campground FAQ’s

There is SO much to do! There is an arcade room, as well as a heated pool. Sports including basketball, tetherball, and volleyball, and a playground too. Also wagon rides, trout fishing, river tubing, horseback riding and canoeing.

They have a camp store where you can pick up goodies!

They have 2 or 3 night minimum stays over ban holidays and weekends

122 camp sites, as well as a gift shop and camp store. They also have laundry facilities, restrooms and coin operated showers. WIFI hotspot available too
