Irvine Nature Center is a non-profit environmental education organization whose mission is to inspire appreciation and respect for the natural world, to increase awareness of environmental issues, and to encourage individuals to sustain Earth's ecosystem.

Sounds pretty great to us!

Families have been visiting these beautiful grounds since all the way back in 1975. Imagine how many memories have been created since then!

Irvine Nature Center provides quality environmental education for all ages, with plenty of family programs to enjoy too. These public programs range from "Bugs and Grubs", to summer camp wilderness adventures and dinosaur discoveries!

For both kids and parents alike, one of the most popular attractions are Irvine Nature Center are their animals. There are over 70 animals to call it home, and these represent 34 different species indoors, and then hundreds more outdoors!

Located in the Caves Valley region of Baltimore County, Irvine also offers programs for Baltimore-area schools and the public. Their Nature Preschool is one of the only green early childhood programs in the region. The Summer Nature Camp is as popular with campers as it is with their parents too.

With nature filled birthday parties, art exhibitions, public talks and so much more, it's no wonder people keep heading back to Irvine.
