What is there to do?

For over 10 years, Navy Pier has been the place where all of Chicagoland and Tourists alike come together to enjoy all the fun and beauty of a day on Lake Michigan.

Navy Pier is a tradition, and when you look at all there is to do and experience it's easy to see why that tradition gets bigger and better every year!

An iconic city landmark, there are 50 acres of fun attractions and experience for the whole family!

There is the Centennial Wheel to enjoy, as well as summer fireworks. There are gardens, and tours, and plenty of museums and theatres!

If you love shops, there are plenty there to enjoy too! And yes kids, there are toys and games!

An iconic part of Chicago that is just fun to stroll, explore, and enjoy with the family!

How much does it cost?

Adults: Free entry, but some attractions have admission prices

Children: Same as adult


Need a little extra help?

The pier itself is flat and accessible, but check with the individual activities!


When can we go?

10am open. Close between 8pm and midnight pending the season and day

Year round, but closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas


Any top tips?

Make sure you take sun protection as it can get hot out on the pier!

You won't go hungry at the pier! There are table service restaurants and a classic food court, as well as seasonal and outdoor restaurants
