Explorit Science Center is all about offering fun, hands-on science based exhibits that allow kids to interact with them, sparking educational learning through play.

The Exploration Gallery is where kids really can learn about a variety of scientific topics. They can experiment, discover, touch things, move things, test things, and even build things! It's about them testing, trying and uncovering the wonders and joys of science and nature.

Also at Explorit Science Center is the Discovery Den, an exciting multipurpose room open to the public in the afternoons. Here, the Binquiry Kits can be found, each containing a different challenge or science experiments, from testing friction to launching balloon rockets!

Toddler age appropriate toys and activities can also be found in the Discovery Den, as can the Book Nook for those curious minds who want a quiet corner to peruse science books. 

The Challenge Center is filled with an array of recycled and reused materials that can spark the imagination and kids attempt to find a solution to the monthly challenge. It might be creating vehicles or aiming catapults, you never know what you will be faced with!

What would a science and nature-based center be without some animals to top off the family day out? The Animal Alcove is home to some pretty cool residents, including a ball python, bearded dragons, blue tongued skinks and even cockroaches!
