Alcatraz East Crime Museum is home to the largest collection of crime & law related artifacts in the entire nation, with over 100 interactive exhibits set across five unique galleries that burrow deep into criminal profiles, victim's stories, forensic science and law enforcement.

There is so much to see and do at this 25,000 sq ft crime museum. You can explore the gallery of American criminal and their crimes, from greed-driven pirates to the gunslingers of the Old West.
You can learn all about various punishments, from the line up, the mug shot to how it feels to be in a jail cell.
Kids can learn how to fight crime from local police officers to famous lawmen, as well as the FBI (you got this, kids!)
There are authentic artifacts throughout Alcatraz East to help tell these fascinating and some unbelievable stories, from guns, to death masks, and even cars!

They sell drinks and snacks but don't have an eating facility in the museum, but they are in walking distance from a LOT of great food places!
You can pick up tickets that include an audio tours or the Top Detective Challenge, where you have to find missing artifacts from around the museum! These are an additional $5 on the admission, but add a great deal to your experience!

Alcatraz East is wheelchair accessible, with an elevator accessing both floors. Alcatraz East does not have wheelchairs available for use, but guests are always able to bring their own necessary devices.
