Alaska Canopy Adventures is an eco-adventure that those adventurous families will love! You get to experience the thrill of gliding through the treetops, and experience the lush rainforest from a completely different angle! There are over 6,000ft of obstacles and challenges, including suspension bridges, dual ziplines, and even a ground-based trail network!
There is even a channel crossing too! You get to climb aboard an expedition craft, as well as head up to the mountain on an off-road vehicle. Let's not forget about the hidden relics of the famous gold mine that you will be exploring! The Treadwell Mine operated until 1917, and was one of the world's LARGEST, so get ready to be impressed!
Along the way, you will have professional guides from the Alaska Canopy Adventures, who will show you the ropes (literally!) and get you all decked out in the latest equipment. Then, once you have had your safety briefing, you can make your way up to the first zipline tree platform, and then your adventure begins!
Make sure during your adventure that you look around at all the scenery - you won't want to miss it! And yes, that includes looking down! See what wildlife you can spot, and take in how beautiful Alaska is!
