Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex has an outdoor 50m pool and indoor pools for the whole family to make a splash! they welcome all abilities for a range of lessons and sessions too. 

Inside, you'll find an eight lane, 50 metre competition pool which is perfect for those who want to swim for fitness and take part in some general swimming sessions. Their family swimming sessions are great to get involved with the little ones and have fun!

The leisure pool has a range of features for the whole family, including a waterfall, bubbles, wall jets, water tunnel and more, so you can have fun and splash around.

If the little ones need some extra hep, there is a 25 metre, eight lane training pool which is the ideal pool for them to learn and gain some water confidence if they need it. 

In the Summer, why not make sure of the outdoor lido? 

It's a 50m heated pool and is a great destination for when the weather is warm! The pool also has some cascading fountains at both ends and a shallow splash pool for the little ones.
