What is there to do?

Riding Mountain National Park covers 3,000 km2 (1158 sq. miles) of rolling hills and valleys. Bold boreal forest, expanses of meadows and lakes, lofty heights and deep gorges of the Manitoba Escarpment is home to wolves, moose, elk, black bears, hundreds of bird species and even a captive bison herd.

Visitors can enjoy a diverse range of memorable and engaging activities throughout the park and surrounding communities. On the south shore of Clear Lake, lies the townsite of Wasagaming that provides visitors a full range of services including accommodations, restaurants, shopping, activities and cultural attractions.

You can also spend your nights here too, under the canva of sparkling stars. Share a picnic with your family on the deck of your TENTik cabin and listen to the wildlife howling!

Fireside Fridays are where you can have movie nights, board game nights and trviia nights which run all throughout the winter weekends. It's great opportunity to meet new people and get involved with the activities. There's also virtual scavenger hunts and educational groups where you'll get to learn more about the natural surroundings.
