Where are we going today?

With 25 acres to explore at Riverside's Castle Park, you really will have to allow a whole family day out to enjoy it all!

Castle Park is a great family friendly amusement park in California, ready to give the whole family adventure, fun, laughs and thrills!

It's much more than rides, although you certainly will enjoy those! You can strap up in a gondola cart that raises you 80 feet into the air, or you can try and tame the beast with the Dragon Flyer, where kids are the pilot!

Enjoy that nostalgic fun with the antique car rides where you can wind your way through a miniature landscape of water wheels, buildings and gas pumps. The Screamin' Demon is a 35 foot high spinning coaster that will whip you around, and take on the 3G launch with 1G decent when you ride the Dragons Tower up to 35 mph!

There are inverted loops, flying animals, mini dippers, log flumes and ghost blasters....just to name a few! Needless to say that Castle Park have rides for family members of ALL ages!

But, we did say that Castle Park was more than just rides, and that it is! Buccaneer Cove features five levels of family water park play with a host of activities and fun to cool you down, and the arcade and miniature golf are great ways to take a break from the rides and enjoy some family time trying to beat each other's score!

Castle Park also have shows throughout the year, so make sure you keep an eye out for those! Music, magic...and always family friendly!

Enjoy kids...and be brave!

It was affordable, so I had taken my niece for her birthday. The arcade games would steal my tokens. I went on their ghost blasters with my sister and it broke. After we were escorted off, I had asked the people at the prize booth for an ice pack for my back because we got slammed hard as we were entering the staircase. The lady said, "You may only have an ice pack if we call an ambulance." What a joke I will not pay $300 - $400 dollars for an ice park. Then we went mini golfing and my niece got a hole in one! Unfortunately, here ball got stuck...Read More

If there were only a way to post zero stars. Let's see where to begin. I decided to take my family for some mini putt-putt and maybe some eats. I decided Castle Park because it was close by and convenient. The adventure begins: You drive up to pay $6 for parking and you have to deal with some punk kid with sunglasses snatching money from your hand. Advice: pay someone an extra $1.00 an hour to smile while they take your cash. As driving on to try and find a parking stall, you get the feel of driving over a freshly paved dirt road. There is no security...Read More

If there was a way to make it .01 stars I would. Planned a trip with my grandchildren, trying to get advance tickets was advised water park would not be open. It was, so had to buy overpriced swimsuits at gift store to avoid disappointments. Park was dirty, half the rides were inoperable, arcade was even worse as the down machine count was even greater. Restrooms were the pits and employee attitude was pissy. Organization was totally lacking so lines backed up and did not move. Employee attitude was fair as the management dictated procedures...Read More

I had a pretty good time at castle dark (went during Halloween time) until it hit time for the haunted mazes the characters were so rude I asked for a picture with a worker from the vampire maze and she hissed and bucked up at me and my friends then walked away. And they really should tell whoever walks around with the metal stick that shoots sparks to work on not hitting people with the sparks I wouldn't take small children there

Everything in the park is somehow damaged, or just completely broken, the miniature golf course was terrible, all the carpets were frayed and ripped up, the starting points were not glued down correctly, limited shade all the way around.. there was dirt and leaves all over every single course looks like it hasn't been cleaned off in months... not one of the ticket counters worked. over half of the games in the arcade didn't work and the ones that did work, didn't pay out the right amount of tickets... The icee machines had 6-7 different flavors...Read More

Unfortunately, here ball got stuck in the return back in the pipe. I asked the lady for a new ball and she said it would be ten dollars for a new ball. A little while later, the story get downhill a staff member who had been late to work hit my niece and she spilt her ice cream bar ($1-$3), and blamed the accident on her and called her a brat. This place is not what I remember a year or two back. I would have rated three stars- four stars if only 75% of the rides had not have been broken, the staff wasn't a joke and rude, the golf course was redone, and the place was under new management. I guess ten dollars doesn't get you far.

Advice: pay someone an extra $1.00 an hour to smile while they take your cash. As driving on to try and find a parking stall, you get the feel of driving over a freshly paved dirt road. There is no security walking around the parking lot which I assume the $6 parking fee was for, maybe money is used to improve park. Wrong. You herd into one entrance and walk through an unkempt park. Good thing we weren't there to go on rides; 1) 4 major rides were down. 2) their "friendly" staff looked like you would inconvenient them if you even got in line. We get to the miniature golf area and wow. The area and the courses were in need of some attention. It was bad enough to walk back to the car and leave this area fast, good thing the freeway is right there. I chalked it up as a $6 lesson. Hopefully management does some major renovations or sells quick to someone who took business ethics. Thanks for the lesson Castle Park.

Food was even worse...the "healthy" kids meal was not suitable for a dog much less a child and the entire meal was sent back as inedible. Advice is to avoid at all costs.
