Myself and my boyfriend drove all the way down from Las Vegas (4 hours). The first rollercoaster I rode was Goliath second was Batman while Riding Batman after the first upside down loop my seatbelt came off of the harness that comes down over your chest as soon as I realized the seatbelt was off I started to immediately panic screaming for my boyfriend. My harness fit very snug at take off so when the seatbelt came off the harness lifted. This made matters worse I immediately wrapped my arm around the bars on his harness holding on for my life as he pulled my harness down towards my chest. As we pulled into the station I started shaking and having a panic attack (Crying shaking and short of breath) the woman that originally fastened me into the harness seen it was off was off and started yelling her seat belt came off and kept saying oh my god im so sorry this happened. I was asked if I needed medic and I responded with no because I wanted to get as far away from the ride batman as soon as possible. As we made our way to the help desk there was a short wait to talk to someone. I explained everything to the woman who helped me stating I wanted a refund because we had only been there for about an hour. She stated she could not do that she began to apologize and she assured me that if my seat belt came off the harness wouldn’t of went all the way up. Now don’t get me wrong after everything happened I do understand that there is more of a safety precaution that you Six Flags take verses just letting a seatbelt hold it down but you also have to put yourself in my shoes not knowing that and being on the ride were your belt comes off and your harness lifts your first reaction is panic and survival. This was absolutely the most terrifying experience I have ever had in my life! She went on saying she can give us tickets for returning dates as she typed everything in the computer she brought over a paper to me asking if I have my parking ticket so that can be refunded to me also stating that we would have to leave the park at that time which I thought was absolutely crazy. At this point I was truly disappointed and disgusted with the way that I was treated I have just had a terrifying experience and I am now im being told we can leave the park I reminded her its not like I came from Los Angeles or down the street we had drove 4 hours to get here and I just wasn’t going to leave the park and drive home after being there for about 1 and a half hours even if that meant me and which I did not ride any rides for the rest of the day but that my boyfriend can at least enjoy this anniversary gift from me to him… She said that if we stayed there is nothing she can do that she can give him 2 front of the line passes.. In my eyes what should have happened I got a refund and been able to stay being that we came from so far away my overall experience was terrifying yes, but it was very disappointing on how you treat your customers. After all was said and done I was still determined to try to make the most of this day he only rode two rides which were not the ones that he had passes for and we ended up just eating at Johnny Rockets and then we left. Very poor customer service!

My favorite thrill park! The best roller coasters!May be a little crowded with long lines for some rides but the dispatchers are pretty fast most of the time.Full Throttle, Tatsu, Goliath, X2, and all the other roller coasters are amazing! They may get long lines so go on X2 between 3-5 because the line is shortest then. The others, you may just have to wait. I usually go to Full Throttle first, and then Goliath. Lex Luthor Drop of Doom follows that. Then I go to DC Universe and go on Green Lantern because I really actually enjoy Green Lantern. Riddlers follows that. Then Superman. Then Apocalypse. Then any of the others after that. Tatsu, there will always be a line.Anyways, best park.

There is never a time that I don’t have a great time here. I love roller coasters. I love the feeling and “high” you get when you ride the intense Goliath! This is my favorite ride there. It the one that I go on first and a few more times throughout the day. I only go with a Flash pass to get through to the front because I am not the one to wait in the long line. They could take between 1 – 3.5 hours on busy days. They always have parking and guide you when you come where to park. Staff are friendly with a huge smile when you ask them a question or for help. Adrenaline junkies this place is for you! Fun and exciting.

The best place on earth! Get there early and enjoy the extreme fun all day. Definitely bring snacks in your bag as a way to avoid hefty cost at the stands inside and wear comfy shoes as there will be a ton of walking. Also travel light. Small bags. no loose articles and minimal jewelry. Besides that get ready for a lot of fun!

Good rides, if you can get on more than 3 in the course of a full day. The place is overcrowded with some rides closed and others running half capacity. Meanwhile, VIP “Flash Pass” holders continuously cut to the front of the lines that barely move as a result. The unabashed business model to extract every last dime possible leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Spare yourself unless you too feel entitled and wish to dump $$$ on line-cutting passes.
