About Universal Studios Hollywood

Universal Studios Hollywood is one of those experiences that is a must do in Los Angeles. It will completely immerse the family in the magic of the movies, and kids will get a real kick out of seeing all the special effects, and having an amazing time of the very fun rides!

As soon as you walk past the red carpet entry you know you are in for a treat! Those iconic Universal Studios Hollywood gates will take you into another world, and offer you experiences and thrills that you won't find anywhere else.

You can spend the day with your favorite friends, the Minions on the  Despicable Me Minion Mayhem ride! You get to be transported into Minion mayhem and actually into Gru's iconic house and laboratory for an adventure, and with advanced 3D "Minion Goggles" you really are in for a series of visceral special effects treats!

Love Harry Potter? Universal Studios is also home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, transporting you to to the snow-capped roofs and cobblestone streets of this magical land, and yes you will encounter Hogwarts Castle too!

Test your bravery as you take on Transformers walk-through attraction, or spend time with your favorite family on The Simpsons Ride.

The excitement keeps going as you can explore the behind the scenes "Studio Tour" which gives you a unique opportunity to see the inside workings of one of the most elusive businesses - Hollywood Magic! It will take you through 415 acres of movie studio complexes with facades, sound stages, working sets and special effects attractions, and finishes with the ultimate Fast & Furious - Supercharged experience!

There is always something new to see and experience at Universal Studios Hollywood, just like the NEW Jurassic World Rides coming to the park in the summer of 2019. Yes kids, you can see an all-new technologically-advanced EPIC adventure inspired by, you guessed it, Jurassic World, but this ie something you have never seen before, so get excited!

Universal Studios Hollywood is not only a movie based theme park, but it is also adjacent to Universal CityWalk shopping and dining, as well as the Universal Cinema.

Certainly an attraction where you might need more than the one day pass, because not only is there a TON of things to see and do in just one day, but you need to account for wanting to experience attractions again and again!

Lights, camera, action!
