Happy 30th Birthday Billabong Sanctuary from the Reef Lodge Backpackers. Always get good feedback from our customers that go out to visit the animals. Always well looked after and a great day for any age. Thanks guys :-)

One of the best wildlife parks I've been to in a while. The staff were well mannered and knowledgeable, the layout makes it very easy to get around and the animals aren't cooped up like in other parks. The crocagator feeding and venomous snakes shows were great with plenty of information. Great for the kiddies with easy to see through enclosures. A must visit for any tourists or locals in the north.

Had a great time here. More than enough to fill a full day of activities/sightseeing, friendly staff and engaging displays. I will definitely be recommending Billabong Sanctuary to friends and family!

One stop shop for seeing all the Australian wildlife you want to see and wont be able to in the wild. Has walabees to feed and get up close and personal with as well as Cassuaries, crocodiles, dingos, koalas, wombats, and different types of snakes and reptiles. Friendly staff and easy to find directly off A1. Great family experience and necessary for all Australian visitors to visit.

An absolutely wonderful experience, letting you touch and get photos with heaps of different Australian animals, even a wombat, which I've never been able to experience like this before. The staff were very knowledgeable, there were plenty of animals to see, and the park was clean and nice. All the animals were very friendly, ducks coming right up to you, and kangaroos eating out of your hands. A truly wonderful and unique experience!
