I arrived at 6:15 p.m. and there was a notice on the door saying they were closing early at 7:00 p.m. Okay, no problem. But then they wanted to charge me the full all day price. I don’t even have a huge problem with that provided they were staying open until their regular 8:00 p.m closing time. The nail in the coffin was that they don’t take American Express. That’s the only card I carry unfortunately so I had to leave with crying kids in tow thinking I was the worst dad ever.WHY would you alienate 12+% of your customer base? Not to mention a section that spends on average 7.5 times what the average Visa/Master Card Holder does. Having been a small business owner, I know that there are specialty Visa/Master Cards that end up costing as much, if not more of a percentage than Amex.Short of the story is that I will not be going back…ever. The are other places that I’m sure will value my business.

This is my daughters favorite inflatable place in the Triad. They have a full indoor play area, inflatables, and a nice snack bar. Unfortunately the only coupons out there are in the coupon books that schools sell.

This was such a wonderful place to go and celebrate my child’s 8th birthday!! All the kids had a blast and Haeden who was our party host was absolutley AWESOME!! She took charge and let me enjoy myself and she wrote a list of what gifts he received and who they were from so I could send thank you notes. Also they had a cooler so that I could put my food items in to stay cool til the party began. I would recommend Safari Nation to anyone . The only thing that I felt was the cost. It needs to be at least 25-30% cheaper. But the atmosphere was very clean and neat and adults can enjoy the inflatables too!:)
