Who is ready to make a SPLASH! You are? Great, because we're off to Pavilion Aquatics Center for some family water fun!
Pavilion Aquatics Center is located in Elk Grove Park, and offers a range of water activities for the whole family. Want to know something fun? Some of the pools are indoors, so no matter what the weather, you can still enjoy them!
The main pool is the indoor lap pool. This 25 years, 8 lane pool is great for kids to really practice those strokes if they are learning to swim. There is also a diving area which is used for aqua aerobics, lap swimming, and of course those swimming lessons.
The lessons at Pavilion Aquatic Center are a great idea for kids if they are uncomfortable with the idea of swimming, or to improve the techniques they already know. It's so much fun being a strong and confident swimmer, after all!
A sure hit for all ages too is the Lagoon Pool. Not only is it indoors, and there is also a 72 ft waterslide! How much fun does that sound!?
The Pavilion Aquatics Center also has that sunny outdoor pool and sun deck too! This 25 yard pool is great for those summer days, where you can have a splash, enjoy those laps or enjoy more lessons!
They also have a warm water therapy pool for those needing rehabilitation, which is great! They hav special programs, and it's always a constant temperature.
Did we mention there is a steam room and whirlpool too?
