Whether you're new to a city, or a long time resident, why not get out and see it from a different angle! Bike and Roll is a fun way for the whole family to not only spend the day together, get some active outdoor fun into your day, but also see San Francisco and all it's hidden secrets!
Bike and Roll offer guided and self-guided bike tours through San Francisco - and there's certainly enough to choose from to allow you to find something that's perfect for the whole family!
There are easy level tours like the Golden Gate bridge experience, which is 60 minutes riding time in a 2 to 4 hour round trip. Perhaps you want to Bike San Francisco Bay instead?
For a little bit more of a challenge, you can head on up to Golden Gate Park and Haight Ashbury, where you can enjoy 2 whole hours of riding in a half day tour. Even Muir Woods is an option!
Don't forget about those challenging rides, where Mount Tamaplais and the Marin Headlands are waiting to be explored!
If you want a guide, you can jump on the Bike the Golden Gate tour so you can hear all about the history and fun facts as you ride.
The Bike and Roll tours will take you all over the city! From Aquatic Park, to Fisherman's Wharf and Fort Mason - maybe even some places you didn't know the city had!

Bike and Roll maintains a fleet of Burley trailers in tiptop clean condition for your little bundle of joy! The trailers attach firmly to an adult bike. They've hosted little ones in trailers as tiny as three months.
I’m Hungry! Can I get food at Bike And Roll?
You're in San Francisco, there are SO many places to eat! The Bay trail passes through the Marina district complete with Chestnut Street and any number of fine fun food places! If you bike to Sausalito, the village has so many neat snack spots; our personal favorite is Venice Gourmet Deli on Bridgeway Street. Yum-yum!!
Any top tips when visiting?
Slather on the sunblock. Wear sun glasses. Always cycle wearing a helmet (included no charge). San Francisco can be very cool in the summer, so dress in layers.

You can rent a Bike and Roll video camera to capture all your memories!
