Warm water can be provided to heat milk.

The licensed cafe at Wheal Martyn serves homemade meals, snacks and cakes as well as westcountry ice cream and Cornish cream teas.

With plenty of indoor and outdoor space Wheal Martyn is great in all weathers but if its raining bring a coat and substantial shoes. The cafe, gift shop and discovery centre are fully accessible, parts of the outdoor museum are also accessible although the woodland walks and pit view are not accessible to wheel chairs due to the nature of the site.

The shop stocks a wide range of gifts for all the family at prices to suit all pockets. The range includes local pottery and crafts, jewellery, toys and games, souvenirs, local interest books, Cornish food gifts and much more!

There are male, female and accessible toilets as well as baby changing facilities.
