About this activity

Brodick Castle and Country Park is located on the Isle of Arran, is where the family can spend the day exploring history, beautiful gardens, woodlands, and even waterfalls - and yes, also a castle packed with treasures!

A visit to Brodick Castle means a visit to a grand baronial castle and estate, offering the perfect family day out. The family can enjoy a new, interactive visitor experience within the castle, including the kids visiting a Victorian arcade! We bet it's pretty different from the ones you know today!

History also comes to life as you discover an impressive collection of period furniture, silverware, porcelain, and paintings, and even some sporting trophies to two!

For those nature lovers in the family, you can wander the formal gardens along the Silver Garden Trail and Plant Hunters’ Walk, or kids might like to venture further as they discover ponds, waterfalls and woodland trails - keep your eyes peeled for some red squirrels!

Those playful and active kids should also make time to enjoy the Isle Be Wild adventure play area, or try and spot fairies on the new Fairies and Legends Trail.

History, nature, adventure, wildlife and so much more are waiting!
