Firstly surprised with all the negative reviews complaining about the waiting times and rude staff from last week. We enjoyed our day out and were able to do several rides multiple times. (Guess we were lucky that the park was not very crowded even though it was Australia Day Public Holiday).
Park appeared to be well maintained and the close encounters with animals was just awesome. Would recommend it for a family day out !! The unlimited ride ticket of $44 is the best value as compared to paying $5 per ride obviously you get most value if you...Read More

Great park. If you wanna see some animals and spend some fun times with the family then this is the place. Had lots of work done since I was there years ago. Great value for money. The animal close encounters were awesome...not everyday I get to pat a koala. Don't know why soneone commented about the flies....how can an outdoor animal park stop the flies? I paid $44 for the family to get in but for that got free use of the bag's, got to see and pat stacks of animals so was happy to buy a few rides tickets to go on the rides my kids wanted...Read More

Horrible experience for the family. Do not go - it's not worth the time or money. The park is understaffed, waiting times are long for the rides and staff are surprisingly rude (swearing and muttering in front of my kids).

Disappointed as owners have haven't managed it very well. You charge entry fee and then charge again for rides. Im sure you can fix things with the amount of money coming in. I use to come here when i was young and had a ball. I would go on horse trail rides(bring that back) and all the rides.
I went so i could take my 3 yr old daughter on the ponies only to discover they were not there. Over heard someone say that 1 of the ponies were injured (which i can understand to not working him) but what about having other ponies there? Cant just have the...Read More

Need to utilise the rounds more. Where we had lunch was in J carpark under cover (the BBQ was clean :D) and behind the building is a huge empty space. could put in another play ground or how about a maze or more activities. Need more rides for 3 yr olds to 6yr olds. I remember when i was little i use to go on the toboggans with either my mum or dad and now we cant even do that (disappointed). I was expecting to go on most rides with my daughter and ended going on one ride, the mini cars. How disappointing is that? Lucky for me she got excited by having the kangaroos eating from her hand. Time to fix the mini cars a paint job on them. Im guessing they are the same as the ones i saw when i was little.
The staff were rude. Come on owners get a wriggle on and start fixing things up and making it a park for ALL to enjoy.
